   First, analysis about the backgrounding: analysis about the applicant's experiences of business, and finacial situation; make a reasonable analysistant and judgement for relative datas; know the feasibility of the area. if need, the company may send someones to oppostite market to do investigation directly.

  Second, Responsibility person discussion: know the responsibility person's knows about this profession, and the two sides discuss against the profession's prospect and make sure about the feasibility of the cooperation.

  Third, sign an agreement. sign the alliance contact,establishes the bilateral cooperation,be sure of the payments and progress,the amount of investment.

  Fourth, repair ,training,products equipment:determine the plan of the shop's repairing, determine the number of the trainning persons and the time ,and the list of stock,

  Fifth, prepareration before the business  open: the company offer the plan of media propaganda,the plan of promoting the sales work.

  Sixth, start business: the company help the first period business,arrange people to give the instruction and service in a long time.
